Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls has revealed another full team of four characters, three of them brand new. The team led by Dr Doom is in fact, a team of supervillains.
Called the Knights Of Doom, Doom has assembled some interesting villains to join his cause. Magento got big punches and magnetic projectiles, great to see another Marvel tag fighter (Dr Doom and Magneto are Marvel VS Capcom mainstays) return and antagonise the X-Men, makes sense.
Green Goblin with his tricky bombs and jet board that doubles as a throwable projectile is here to antagonise Spider-Man, makes sense.
And here comes Carnage, the chaotic Symbiote that wants to kill Spider-Man, because of course Spider-Man must by all means suffer the most, done so here by having more of his rogue’s gallery be represented, makes sense.
Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls will have a base roster of 20 character, five unique teams each with four characters. To recap, the teams and characters revealed so far are:

As the trailer rightly points out, only one team yet to assemble. Expect to see Ghost Rider and his three yet-to-be-revealed compadres in the next Marvel Tōkon trailer.
Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls will be out on August 6 for the PS5 and PC. PlayStation will also launch its first fight stick, the FlexStrike wireless fight stick, on the same day.
