Bandai Namco announced Ace Combat 8: Wings Of Theve is the fastest entry in the series to reach 1 million copies sold. The new entry to the arcade dogfighting flight shooter, seven years since Ace Combat 7, has certainly found the audience it deserves.
Ace Combat 8 features a campaign mode where players follow the role of an ace pilot as they take part in a war set in the fictional Strangereal universe, as well as a multiplayer suite with PVE and PVP modes plus a 100-player lobby. Plus, this latest entry makes use of next-generation visuals.
Also, for plane enthusiasts, Ace Combat 8 also featured licensed aircrafts.
