Two Point Museum Adding Angry Birds Exhibit In Free Update

Sega is really putting an Angry Birds cameo in just about every game now, as they announce in partnership with Rovio, an Angry Birds cameo in Two Point Museum.

Two Point Museum, the museum builder and management game by Two Point Studios, is adding The Digiverse, a new expedition map where you can find and bring home exhibits and decorations from different universes. The Digiverse now has Piggy Island with three new points of interests.

On top of nine new Angry Birds exhibits to be found and displayed, you can also deck your museum with Angry Birds wallpaper and flooring, as well as sell Angry Birds merch to guests with new Gift Shop items.

To clarify, the Angry Birds depicted here are in their blobby, limbless form.

Sega now owns Rovio, and you can see just this year alone how Red and his fellow Angry Birds have made a number of cameos in Sega games. Red (albeit in his movie form with full limbs) is set to be a new playable character in the kart racer Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. The Angry Birds theme is also in the latest Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties as a playable music from the music player.

The Angry Birds cameo isn’t the only free update coming to Two Point Museum. The game will also be getting the free Spring Seasonal Update that adds the Easter Isles to be found in expeditions, three new bunny-themed exhibits, new floral decorations and customisation options as well as the ability to place Chocolate Cake Kiosks and chocolate eggs to lure in customers. Yeah, it’s the Easter-themed, more or less.

The two Two Point Museum free updates are live now on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S and is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 soon.
