Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is definitely coming out on March 22nd, 2019 worldwide. Sony Interactive Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SIES) has confirmed this and also announced the Collector’s Edition is coming to Malaysia.
The Collector’s Edition is priced at RM479 and will include the following:
- Game Disc
- 18cm Shinobi Statue
- Collectible Artbook
- Map
- Steel Book
- Replica Game Coins
- Digital Soundtrack

The game will also include both English and Japanese voiceovers. IGN reported that Sekiro will feature dual-audio worldwide before, and we can confirm this is true, at least for the Asia release.
The prices for the physical copy and digital edition has also been revealed for Malaysia. Physical copies retails at RM209 and digital edition will only cost RM199, with pre-orders now available on Playstation Store Asia.
This is similar to what we saw with Marvel’s Spider-Man, where the game price is slightly lower than expected. Usually, AAA game prices will hover around RM229-RM242 to match the $60 USD standard price in the US.
FromSoftware’s new action RPG title has evolved the formula they pioneered with the Dark Souls series and Bloodborne. Set in Japan during the Sengoku Period, you play as the titular Sekiro. The action is faster, more brutal and you now have access to more mobility options. It also started development as a new Tenchu game.
