PS Plus Malaysia Price VS Xbox, Nintendo
PC Game Pass, which is more or less equivalent to PS Plus Extra as both tiers offers access to a rotating library of games, is, at the time of writing, priced at RM20 a month (RM4 for the first three months for new subscribers). When first launched, coincidentally also in 2022, it was offered for RM15 a month (RM5 for the first three months)
Nintendo currently does not offer its equivalent subscription service in Malaysia. Currently players have to make accounts in different regions and pay non-regional prices for the service.
However, the big N will soon bring its Nintendo Switch Online subscription officially in Malaysia (and Southeast Asia in general) alongside the release of Switch 2.
Though Nintendo’s pricing strategy for its upcoming console doesn’t indicate it will be cheap, since they are selling one its launch game at $80 USD (roughly RM357+) instead of the now-standard $70 USD (equivalent to the standard price of RM299 in Malaysia).
