Paint The Track With Your Colour In New Co-Op Arcade Racer Trailblazers

Are we seeing a resurgence of arcade racers this year? Perhaps. Trailblazers is a new game by Supergonk, a UK developer team made up of former Codemasters, Bizzare Creations and Lionhead staff. Take the anti-gravity tracks of Wipeout and mix it with Splatoon-esque painting but throw in a low-funk grimy aesthetic and you’ll get Trailblazers.

It is also a team-based co-op racer where each race is a 3v3 affair. Painting a trail gives you boost, so sticking to your own paint will let you drive faster, and painting over the opponents’ line deny them boost.

Trailblazers will also support split-screen up to 4 players, with the ability to bring that experience online.

No release date is set of Trailblazers yet, but it will be available on the PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
