Football Manager 25, this year’s entry to the annual football managing simulator, will be released later this November.
Developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega, FM25 will be the first to be powered by the Unity Engine, and the game engine switch will see improved graphics on the pitch (including player animations taken from actual football matches) and a wholly revamped UI.
For the first time in the series, Women’s football is included. This will be part of the same simulation alongside the men’s game so you can have a save where you manage a men’s team and a women’s team throughout your managerial career.
FM25 will also be the first game in the series to feature full license of the Premier League as part of a new multi-year partnership.
A series of blog posts will go live starting later this week which will talk about the new features in Football Manager 25, beginning with the addition of women’s football.
Football Manager 2025 will release alongside Football Manager 25 Console on PS5 and Xbox. The console version has more or less the same feature set as the mainline PC game, but adjusted controls for use with a controller.
There will also be Football Manager 25 Touch, the version specific for Nintendo Switch. This will release later.
Football Manager 25 Mobile, for iOS and Android, is exclusive to Netflix. FM25 Mobile hasn’t made the engine switch to Unity, but it will have women’s football and Premier League license.
Football Manager 25 launches on November 27 on PC and Mac (Steam).
Football Manager 25 Console launches on November 27 on PS5 and Xbox.
Football Manager 25 Touch launches on December 4 for Nintendo Switch.
Football Manager 25 Mobile launches on November 27 for iOS and Android via Netflix.
Football Manager 25 and Football Manager 25 Console will also be available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
