As predicted sometime ago, Metronomik’s No Straight Roads is confirmed to be an Epic Games Store Exclusive.
In a statement posted here, the team had taken the deal even after landing a publishing deal with Sold Out, but has stated that the extra financial stability will help them hire more staff and make the game better as the development reaches the final months.
Personally, this is a non-issue as they haven’t stated which storefront are they going to publish anyway and a six months exclusivity period isn’t exactly long anyway.
No Straight Roads will release for PS4 and PC via Epic Games Store sometime in 2020.
