Vagrus – The Riven Realms is an upcoming new RPG by Lost Pilgrims Studios set in a dark fantasy sandbox world filled with lore. The game is leaving Early Access really soon, and the devs have revealed some additional new content and features added in a new patch just ahead of its full launch.
Existing players can expect an overhaul on the UI. The campaign map, the Chart, has also been extended to include the remaining part of the Searing Plains, set deep in the desert.
The patch will also add companion quests, loyalty missions for your companions. These are long questlines that will let your companions level up to Prowess 9 and get rewards. There are multiple outcomes for some of these companion quests.
Speaking of companion, Vagrus also adds another companion that you can potentially recruit. Eylani is a Half-Elven warrior, wanderer, beastmaster, and huntress. She can tank in the frontline as well as have options for disrupting enemies. Eylani will have a companion quest, and can be found in one of the new locations added in this patch.
Players can also try and slay sand wyrms in the new sand wyrm invasion quests and encounter a new location, the Sadirar Tribes.
Lastly, there’s a new Calling added, Wealth.
Vagrus – The Riven Realms will be out in full on October 5 on PC (Steam, GOG, Fig).
