Temtem Is An MMORPG Where You Collect And Train Creatures

If you read the title, we could have just say it’s Pokemon but also on PC and you can see other trainers around the world and be done with it. In fact, Temtem’s description on the Steam page wears its inspiration on its sleeves. But that doesn’t mean it’s a bad idea.

Bright aesthetic, lush bushes, cute creatures to collect and battle against other tamers. A breeding system. A main story with an evildoer and several Dojo leaders to beat to be the very best Temtem tamer. Its Pokemon influences are strong.

But unlike Pokemon, you share the world with other tamers in a server.

Temtem was a Kickstarter project by indie developers Crema that have raised $573,939 USD in funding. Currently, it is targeting a Steam Early Access on January 21st. It’s already in Alpha, which is ending.

But if you want to try and have a peek at Temtem, there is a stress test scheduled for January 11th, 17th and 19th. Note that this is more for the developers to see the server load- so it may be a rough time to get in and stay in. But if you are in, you can get a taste of the game with content similar to the last Alpha test. Progress is not stored.
