Rocket League has made the Formula 1 Fan Pack available on all platforms. This new content is accessible in-game and costs 2000 credits.
The pack lets you drive an F1 car (featuring the liveries of all 10 teams from the 2021 season, as well as one generic livery) for a game of soccar.
The ten teams featured are:
- Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN
- Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda
- Alpine F1 Team
- Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team
- Scuderia Ferrari
- Uralkali Haas F1 Team
- McLaren F1 Team
- Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team
- Red Bull Racing Honda
- Williams Racing
The F1 2021 car is equipped with Pirelli wheels. For Rocket League players, the F1 car uses a Dominus hitbox.
The F1 liveries are missing a few sponsor decals here and there, but thankfully that means the 2021 Ferrari isn’t cursed with the green tint of the totally-not-tobacco-related sponsor logo.
Rocket League has a multi-year partnership with F1, so expect to see more of such DLC in the future. At least now we can see these open-wheeled racing cars fly and spin to hit big balls around a field, something you can’t do in the official F1 games.
