Riders Republic Delayed To October, Rainbow Six Extraction Delayed To 2022

Ubisoft low-key announced two game delays before the weekend started.

Riders Republic, the multiplayer open-world extreme sports game about biking, snowboarding, paragliding and more, gets hit with another delay. Originally announced for release early this year, which later delayed to September 2, the game is now slated for October 28.

Meanwhile, Rainbow Six Extraction, the three-player co-op tactical shooter got a bigger delay. It will not make the September 16 release date it previously revealed back at Ubisoft Forward, and will now targeting a January 2022 release window instead.

Game delays are normal, though it can be a bummer especially when what was showcased looks dead set to meet the attended release dates. Still, let the developers take more time if they need, especially if it means the game would shape up better at launch.
