Postponed PS5 Event Gets A New Date, And It’s This Week

Hey, good news are starting to come again! The previously postponed PS5 event now has a date again, and it’s happening this week.

For Southeast Asia on +8 GMT, it will happen on June 12, 4AM. June 11 for US and Europe.

The previous date was supposed to be June 6, but the events and unrest that transpired in the US has caused Sony to postpone it in order for more important conversations to happen (Black Lives Matter).

Various other game companies with events and announcements lined up for this last week and this week- which would be around the time E3 would have happened- also postponed their events. This includes the Guerrilla Collective, PC Gaming Show, the Night City Wire stream for Cyberpunk 2077, EA Play Live, and more.
