“Nearly 99%” Of Call Of Duty Black Ops 7 Beta Matches Were Cheater-Free

Call Of Duty’s dedicated anti-cheat solution team, Ricochet, boasted that “nearly 99%” of matches run during the Call Of Duty Black Ops 7 beta has been cheater-free.

Announced via socials, the median detection time for cheaters was three matches. This isn’t an average number—which can be skewed by edge cases. So more or less cheaters are caught within three matches.

“Each day, our cheat detections got faster and your matches got cleaner,” the post said.

Cheats in multiplayer is always a cat-and-mouse game, as anti-cheat can catch up to deter this, but cheats will always find a way. But at least leading up to Black Ops 7’s launch, the anti-cheat solution is in good form, assuming the claims made here are accurate.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 7 will be out on November 14 for the PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store/”Xbox PC”,Battle.net) and Xbox Series X|S.
