Nascar 21: Ignition Brings In A New Unreal Experience

Nascar and Motorsport Game has showcased their latest entry in their Stock Car series, but ditches the “Heat” brand altogether.

Nascar 21: Ignition also sees the racing series jumping from the Unity engine to Unreal Engine, a game engine that has supported racing games like Assetto Corsa and MotoGP.

This also sees the introduction of pit crews working on your car and a dedicated screen for your setup work in first person, just like what the F1 games have done.

And on the handling side, Nascar is implementing the handling from rfactor 2, which although is more on the simulation side, will be interesting to see how it feels when the game launches.

Nascar 21: Ignition is set to launch on October 28 for the Playstation and Xbox consoles along with PC.
