RPGs always have various mini-games, and fishing is usually one of those. But what if there’s an RPG that’s centred around fishing instead of being an aside?
That’s Moonglow Bay, a new indie RPG by Bunnyhug Games. In this game, you are a rookie angler, fishing in the remote town of Moonglow Bay, where folks have stopped fishing.
Not only can you fish alone, you can have a buddy hop in for some local co-op fishing. There’s over 100 of different fishes, and maybe something more than just fishes.
There is one other thing you can do outside of fishing, that’s cooking the fish. You will also be able to upgrade your boat, bait and other equipment as you help boost the town’s economy, uncover some secrets, and help fulfill the final wish of your partner.
Moonglow Bay will be coming this year to PC (Steam) and Xbox. It will launch on Xbox Game Pass on day one of release.
