Mini Motorways Out Now On Nintendo Switch Alongside New Night Lights Update

Surprise! Mini Motorways appeared at the May 2022 Indie World Showcase to reveal the release date for the Nintendo Switch version, and it’s out now.

The shadowdrop accompanies the release of a new content update, Night Lights, also available on Apple Arcade and PC via Steam.

The update turns the game’s Night Mode not only as a colour swap. Cars will now have headlights on. It’s a simple, subtle change but it has been requested a lot by the community.

Alongside that, two new cities are added to the puzzle game about building roads and avoiding the eventual traffic jam for as long as possible. Warsaw, Poland has the Vistula River and other natural obstacles you need to take note of. Chiang Mai, Thailand is a city built around a moat, and you’ll start at the centre of it. It’s a really unique challenge compared to the other maps.

Also, the update allows players on Steam to do a one-time save migration to the Switch version. This will transfer your all your progression and achievements.
