Gran Turismo Sport Content Update For April Brings Five New Cars Including The Porsche 962C And Toyota AE86

*Eurobeat intensifies*

The April content update for Gran Turismo Sport has arrived today. As teased before, five cars have been added to the list with the highlight of them all being the Porsche 962C. The dominant Group C car of its era makes for a fine stablemate against the other added Group C racers under the Gr. 1 category for GT Sport.

Outside of that, the four other cars are fun little cars to drive around. The most iconic being the Toyota Sprinter Trueno, or the AE86. There’s probably a Fujiwara Tofu Delivery livery for the drifty car already.

Here’s the list of five cars included:

  • Porsche 962 C ’88 (Gr.1)
  • Renault R8 Gordini ’66 (Gr.X)
  • Audi TT Coupé 3.2 quattro ’03 (N200)
  • Honda Fit Hybrid ’14 (N100)
  • Toyota Sprinter Trueno 3door 1600GT APEX (AE86) ’83 (N100)

There are no new tracks for this month’s update, however.

Outside of that, there are new GT League races, new Scapes featuring New Zealand, and some more additions and tweaks to the Overtake button. The Overtake button is now used to trigger KERS and DRS manually, as well as the push-to-past boost system seen in the newly-added Super Formula cars.
