In typical Valve fashion, Counter-Strike 2, the unexpected full sequel to Counter-Strike, is now launched.
The game was under limited beta testing earlier this year, but it’s now ready to go. It has now replaced CS:GO (Counter-Strike Global Operations) as a free upgrade on Steam.
CS2 not only sees the world’s most-popular and competitive tactical shooter switching to the Source 2 game engine. The graphics has been improved, maps redesigned in art but everything else about the game core gameplay- whether that be its mechanics or its features- are all intact.
CS2, not to be confused with the other game abbreviated to CS2, is now available on PC via Steam.
