Burnout Spiritual Successor Dangerous Driving Now Available On PS Store Asia

Dangerous Driving, the spiritual successor to Burnout created by the veterans that did Burnout, has finally landed on PS Store Asia.

One year late, maybe, but this is the first game from Three Fields Entertainment to have it be here on the store. This is an indie developer, and getting it published to PS Store Asia on their own is still quite the accomplishment.

Dangerous Driving captures the magic of Burnout 3: Takedown- fast racing, aggressive driving, and big crashes. Albeit with more budget constraints. There’s no 44 licensed songs of soundtracks, but the game has Spotify integration so you can play any song (including the Burnout 3: Takedown soundtrack) in Dangerous Driving.

Aside from your usual race modes and road rages, there is now online multiplayer too.

While we don’t have a full review on the site, the crew here has played it and it’s good enough to be get honourable mentions in the GM GOTY Award 2019 for Best Racing Game.

Dangerous Driving is out now on PS Store Asia for RM132. It’s available on PS4, PC (Epic Games Store) and Xbox One. A sequel, Dangerous Driving 2, is in the works that will attempt to capture the magic of Burnout Paradise, coming this year.
