AMD, together with event organiser Eliphant are bringing the AMD Streamer Challenge for 2020 in Asia. It’s an online gaming series where content creators from East Asia (South Korea and Japan) and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand) face off against each other in an episodic format.
A prize pool total of $20,000 USD awaits the winners.
For East Asia, the show is called AMD Streamer Challenge: Triple Threat. Streamers will be facing against each other in various in-game challenges playing Riot’s new FPS, Valorant.
For Southeast Asia, the show is called AMD Streamer Challenge: Domination. Streamers in this region will need to form teams with fans to represent their countries in a round-robin competition of Valorant and everybody’s favourite game show game right now: Fall Guys.
Fnatic, the Dota 2 esports team sponsored by AMD, will also make an appearance on the show, and fans can sign up to play with or against the pros.
You can sign up for team slots to join the streamers (and win a share of the prize pool) at the AMD Streamer Challenge website here. Episodes of the AMD Streamer Challenge will be available on the site, starting on September 11.
