Sega continues to bring its Japanese-made games to PC and the next one after Catherine Classic is Yakuza Kiwami.
Yakuza Kiwami is the remake of the original Yakuza game. Not only it takes place after Yakuza 0, the remake also borrows a few of the gameplay mechanics from the prequel. This includes the style-switching combat, a tough opponent roaming the open world (in this case, the Majima Everywhere System) and some mini-games.
The Steam page for the game teased the release date with a new post, simply titled “MAJIMAAAA!” with a gif of Goro Majima emerging from a manhole. Leave the gif looping a few times and you can spot the one frame with a release date: February 19th.
Yakuza 0 has also appeared on Steam last year, so for those who only just got started on the series, now you can continue the story of Kazuma Kiryu of Yakuza politics, betrayal and very useful moral lessons.
