The Sims 4 is getting two new kits later this Friday.
The Castle Estate Kit will be adding 25 new castle-themed Build Mode items while the Goth Galore Kit will bring 24 new items, mostly black clothing with noticeable belts, buckles and straps, available in Create A Sim mode.
These two kit themes were winners of a previous round of fan voting.
Kits are mini-DLCs, cheaper than Stuff packs and usually are only cosmetic items. So these aren’t game-changing content but are definitely worth a look if you have been actively playing the life sim game and want more ways to customise your Sims and their homes.
The previous big content drop was with the For Rent expansion, which introduces a new Rental Housing lot type which allows any Sim to be a landlord/landlady/property owner, or rent a room or house from them. The expansion pack comes with a lot of Southeast Asia-themed Build Mode items, world and clothing to boot.
The Sims 4 Castle Estate kit and The Sims 4 Goth Galore kit will be available on January 18 for the PS4, PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, EA App), Mac (Origin app), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
