The creators of Abzu’s next game, The Pathless, will be a PS5 launch title. The game where you do bow-and-arrow combos to move faster around the open world will also launch on November 12 for the rest of its announced platforms: PS4, PC via Epic Games Store, and Apple Arcade.
The Pathless will have no maps, and the developers are saying that exploring the world is rewarding, with various secrets and puzzles to solve.
On the PlayStation Blog, it’s hinted that “you may even meet some of those that walked these paths before you, and hear their last words echo from beyond.” Sounds like a soulslike message system, which will be interesting.
