Soul-jumping open-world adventure game Tchia now has a release date. And not only that, it will launch day-1 on the PS Plus Game Catalog, available for PS Plus Extra subscribers and above.
This will be the second game to be launching day-1 on PlayStation’s sort-of Game Pass equivalent, after last year’s cat game Stray.
A new trailer for Tchia revealed at the February 2023 State Of Play, developed by Awaceb and published by Kepler Interactive, shows the evil that lurks on the island, Meavora.
In Tchia, you play the titular heroine as you traverse a fictional archipelago inspired by the island nation of New Caledonia. She has the power to soul-jump into animals and objects, which can be used to solve puzzles or traverse around the world. It’s not all chill vibes, as Tchia must face the tyrannical god that has bewitched the island.
Tchia will be out on PS4, PS5, and PC via the Epic Games Store on March 21.
