Bandai Namco has revealed the opening sequence for its upcoming “brainpunk” action RPG Scarlet Nexus.
And guess what, the intro is very much an anime OP. As you would expect from a game with this aesthetic should have done. You’re walking into an anime game, why not have a fitting intro for it?

Scarlet Nexus has you play as two different protagonists, Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall, psionics for the Other Suppression Force (OSF) as they fend off a mutant threat using the power of their mind. These are two campaigns that you can choose which to start first. Combat has a focus on using psychic powers, like lifting objects around and fling them to enemies, as seen in a recent gameplay teaser.
Scarlet Nexus will be coming out on June 24 for the PS4 and PS5, and June 25 for the PC (Steam), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
