Samurai Shodown Demo Available For PS Plus Subscribers, But You Get Only Two Hours Of Playtime

SNK’s latest entry to the fighting game series Samurai Shodown has a demo. Available for Japan and Asia, the demo for Samurai Shodown is limited to PS Plus subscribers only.

And not only that, but you also have a hard timer of two hours of playtime only. It’s similar to the Resident Evil 2 One-Shot demo, though you can exit and then open the demo again at a later time, so long as you still have time in your two-hour limit.

You can download it on PS Store Asia here.

The demo includes three characters (Yashamaru Kurama, Haohmaru, Nakoruru) and three modes- Training, VS and Tutorial. This is not an online beta so there’s no online modes.

The demo will be available until June 20th. It is also available for Xbox One.

Samurai Shodown will be out on June 25th for the PS4 and Xbox One. A version on PC and Nintendo Switch is also in the works.
