Tekken 8 will be the first game in the series to support cross-play. The closed network test will feature 16 characters and 5 stages. At the time of writing, only 15 characters have been revealed.
The final character in the Closed Network Test is Claudio, so expect to see his dedicated trailer appear in the coming weeks ahead of the test.
Tekken 8 will bring some new mechanics to the 3D fighting game to encourage players to go on in the offence.
Tekken 8 has no release date yet, but it’s coming to PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S later this year.
