Razer To Host Inaugural RazerCon Digital Event

With the current world is at right now, everyone wants (and has to) make digital events in replacement of normal conventions and gatherings. Razer has announced that they will be doing one too, for the first time.

The inaugural RazerCon digital event will be livestreamed on October 10 over on Razer’s social networks, including Twitch, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

The show is entirely produced by Razer and will include a “global mixed reality” keynote by Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan, featuring the Singapore skyline.

Expect hardware reveals by Razer and also other hardware brands like Intel, Nvidia and Western Digital. Also, there will be showcases from game developers and publishers. Romero Games, Perfect World Entertainment and Paradox Interactive will be there showcasing games. Expect to see more of Empire Of Sin and Torchlight III.

RazerCon will also feature various streamers, and a concert headlined by Sabaton and DragonForce’s Herman Li. There’s EDM performances too, but heck yeah, there’s gonna be some heavy metal playing.

Also, RazerCon will also be the “world’s first RGB lighting-reactive livestream”. Any of your gaming accessories that use Razer Chroma RGB can be connected and be synced with whatever’s happening during the livestream, especially during the concert.

RazerCon will be held on October 10th at 9AM PST (October 11th, 12AM Malaysian Time, +8 GMT) starting with the keynote from Razer’s CEO.
