Pokémon Unite Now Available On Mobile, Includes Cross-Save And Cross-Play Support

Pokémon Unite, the MOBA game with Pokémon characters is now available on iOS and Android devices. Initially released for the Nintendo Switch, the free-to-play game can now be played on mobile too.

The mobile version of Pokémon Unite includes cross-save, so you can bring over your save and progression from the Switch version. All you need to do is link your Nintendo Account or your Pokémon Trainer Club account.

In addition, Pokémon Unite also supports cross-play, so players on Switch and mobile share the same matchmaking pool and can play together.

Pokémon Unite has already garnered 5,000,000 pre-registration before its launch, and as a thank-you to the fans, players on mobile can claim 1,000 Aeos tickets (for use to buy in-game items), the Unite license to unlock Pikachu and a special Holowear (skin) for Pikachu, Festival Style.

These bonuses are available until October 31, 2.59 PM UTC (10.59 PM Malaysia Time, +8 GMT).

In addition, a new battle pass begins today with one of the main rewards (for those that upgrade to the premium track), a Space Style Holowear for Gengar.

Players can also unlock a Unite license for Zeraora by winning 32 battles in a new special mission. This is a re-run of a similar campaign during the launch of the Switch version.

And finally, Pokémon Unite is also getting Unite Squads, where you can create and find guilds of like-minded players. There’s also text chat for Unite Squad members as well.

Pokémon Unite is out now on Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android.
