Wait, what?
Numskull Designs, the folks that make various gaming merch (that also has a game publisher arm), is teasing that they have Polybius.
For those not in the know, Polybius is this mythical arcade game that some say appeared in some arcades before being vanished, and purportedly tied to some testing by US government agents. There’s a great documentary you can watch about it.
Numskull, in both a press release as well as on tweet insists that “this is no hoax”. With more information to be revealed in a few days.

Could Numskull be releasing a replica of the Polybius arcade? Given it’s prominently showing the Polybius type font related to the urban legend, we probably can rule out the 2017 VR shooter of the same name. Or could we? Who knows.
As long as it doesn’t involve actual mind-control, we shall see where this news will lead to.
