No Law Announced, New Game By Neon Giant

Neon Giant sure has upped their game with their latest game reveal. Revealed at the 2025 The Game Awards, No Law is a first-person open world shooter RPG.

Set in the cyber-noire city of Port Desire, you play as ex-military vet Grey Harker who founds himself in trouble as he set to “take back what was stolen and confront the city that wronged him,” as per the announcement press release.

No Law is an Unreal Engine 5 game, which explains the high fidelity visuals seen in the trailer. While Port Desire is a city with no laws, what you do here does have consequences.

Neon Giant’s first game, The Ascent, explored the cyberpunk-ish aesthetic already, but in the form of a twin-stick shooter. No Law brings the action up close, and what’s seen in the trailer looks like something Cyberpunk 2077 fans would want to play too.

The big game comes with big backing too. Neon Giant is now a studio under Krafton. Hopefully the big backing produced something that not only look good but also play good, unlike that one game Krafton backed. It shouldn’t launch like Cyberpunk 2077 either.

No Law has no release date yet, but it’s expected to be available on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S.
