A new Fable has been announced. At the end of the recent Xbox Games Showcase is a trailer for a new Fable game simply titled Fable.
This is the RPG Playground Games (Forza Horizon) has been working on this long while.
The trailer is a vague teaser, we’re not sure if this is a reboot, or just retain the fantasy theme from the series. But at least we now have a hard confirm that Fable will return.
The new Fable will be coming to Xbox Series X and Windows 10 PC. Microsoft will have cross-gen games supporting Xbox One and Xbox Series X (via Smart Delivery) for the first year of the next-gen console launch. So this game, alongside the new Forza Motorsport, will most likely be seen near the end of 2021 the earliest.
