Moving Out 2, the sequel to the co-op furniture-moving-at-all-costs game developed by SMG Studio and DevM Games and published by Team17 Digital, revealed a new trailer at the Future Games Show 2023 summer showcase.
The new trailer features no gameplay, as it is created to emulate the style of an 80s Saturday Morning cartoon. A narrator with ominous voice set the stage, the “Fab 5” is introduced each one has a main colour, a montage of them carrying furniture out showcasing their “Smooth Moves” and a fight against an interdimensional horror? All this while cheesy, hummable, singable theme song with barely coherent lyrics colour the one minute sequence.
The trailer is a reminder that Moving Out 2 is still set to release later this year on PS4, PS5, PC (Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch. Expect new levels, new characters, and online co-op with crossplay support. Plus, there will be Assist mode to further allow more players be able to access the clumsy furniture-moving experience.
