Microsoft is soon to roll out PC Game Pass (formerly known as Xbox Game Pass For PC) to five more countries in Southeast Asia. Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam will be joining Singapore later this year on having official access to the game subscription service.
If you are in the five SEA countries and want to try out PC Game Pass right now, you can. Here’s how to do so.
Install Xbox Insider App
Get the Xbox Insider app from this link here.

Opt Into “PC Game Pass Southeast Asia Market Expansion”
In the Xbox Insider Hub app, go to preview and select “PC Game Pass Southeast Asia Market Expansion”. Select Join.
Update Xbox App
Go and update the Xbox app (download it here).
If booting up the Xbox app and the notification saying PC Game Pass is not available in your region appears, close the app, check if it’s updated to the latest version, or try restarting the PC.
Also, make sure your PC is set to the right region. You can check this from the PC Settings and search for “Region Settings”.
Subscribe to PC Game Pass
From the Xbox app, click your gamertag or icon at the top left side and go to settings.
On the account tab, you should find the “Get PC Game Pass” button. From there, input your payment method (credit/debit cards are accepted).

Done!
From there, you’re subscribed to PC Game Pass! Enjoy access to over 100 games.
Throughout the preview program, you will only be charged RM0.50 (in Malaysia). Once PC Game Pass goes live, you will be charged RM15 (or your regional equivalent) per month.
