Hitman 2’s next location has been teased. Since the announcement, only the dense map of Miami, USA where an endurance race is taking place was shown. Now we get a glimpse of the next one on the list: the lush jungle in Colombia.
Last seen in Hitman: Codename 47 (the first game in the series), the map looks to be dense in a different way. Gone are the massive crowds as they are traded of with more greenery and shrubbery. There are guards in raincoats packing heat, but if you see it closely, 47 is quick to dispatch them.
With Hitman 2, hiding in the greenery is a new mechanic added to stay hidden, which should play a large part of the map.
Have a look at the tease below:
If Colombia can make a return, then it should be possible that Malaysia make a return in the future? Malaysia was featured as a location in Hitman 2: Silent Assassin.
Hitman 2 will be out on November 13th for the PS4, PC and Xbox One. If you own Hitman 2016, you can play those levels again in Hitman 2 for free.
