EA Sports WRC, the successor of Dirt Rally by the very same development team, has released 10 minutes worth of gameplay for the upcoming rally game.
The gameplay showcased is being driven by Jon Armstrong, game designer and actual rally driver, showcasing three different locations: Rally Estonia, Rally Japan and Rally Sweden.
The gameplay video seamless cuts between different stages and different camera angles, to really get a feel of how the game looks like and how the car drives through various different surfaces and weather conditions.
EA Sports WRC is the first entry of this new rally series, utilising the full WRC license which Codemasters has the rights to make a video game for starting this year. The new game is built on Unreal Engine 5 instead of Codemasters’ proprietary engine, will cover the entirety of this season’s WRC calendar and featuring a comprehensive list of rally cars, from modern Rally1 machines to legends from the past.
EA Sports WRC goes flat out on November 3 for PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, EA App) and Xbox Series X|S.
