Here’s A Good Look At New Gameplay Of Planet Zoo, Featuring Animal Wellcare And A Lovely Indian-Themed Zoo

Frontier’s Planet Zoo looks like a nice follow-up to Planet Coaster, doing the same park builder/management sim treatment for zoos. And this new gameplay video showcases some of the nitty-gritty gameplay you’ll be spending time mostly on.

The new gameplay trailer showcases the new Indian Subcontinent theme on the Savannah biome, which absolutely looks lovely. Like Planet Coaster, there is a lot of wiggle room for you to make your own aesthetically pleasing park and the built-in theme here is good enough to start your creations with. Plus there are a few graphical upgrades like volumetric water.

The management aspect for the animals is pretty intricate. Different animals have different needs to be fulfilled, like antelopes needing a mix of grass and soil in their habitat and tapirs need toys to keep them busy.  Animals also need privacy, but you can install one-way mirrors so visitors can pry in without disturbing them.

You need to supply clean water but guests don’t want to see the machinery that treats them.

Crisis can happen from time-to-time, like an animal going loose.
