Remember that Haunted PS1 Demo Disc compilation? It’s not for games on the PS1 and not really a disc.
But it’s for sure a collection of game demos for PC games designed to evoke the horror games of the late ’90s (which was dominated by the Sony PlayStation). Hence, the name is as it is.
The Haunted PS1 Demo Disc returns and it brings 25 fresh new demos of games that will remind you of the muddy, pixel-y and jagged aesthetics that coloured the PS1 era of games, where its technical limits help make a certain brand of spookiness which are brought back in these upcoming games. Including the one we saw recently: Chasing Static.
