Gran Turismo Sport Gets New Update On May 30th Featuring One New Track
It looks like Gran Turismo Sport is getting another update. This year’s content updates are not as big as the monthly ones seen last year, but there is still work being done to add more cars and tracks to the racing game. Last month’s update added five cars and but no new track.
This tiem however, series producer Kazunori Yamauchi has tweeted the update’s arrival, but there will be no cars. “The Car Team gets a break this month but a new track will be added,” the tweet reads.

The image is a corner of the said track, many to have discovered to be Goodwood Circuit. The Goodwood Circuit was spotted accidentally through a database glitch a while back, and the circuit layout is in line with the little teaser image.
This is an entirely new track for the series, though Gran Turismo 6 featured the Goodwood Hillclimb track as part of the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The Goodwood Circuit is used for the Goodwood Revival events where vintage cars are raced and paraded around.
As such, there are more reasons to try out the more vintage car selections already available in Gran Turismo Sport. The game will be having server downtime for the update on May 30th.
