Here’s a collaboration featuring a video game and food brand specifically in Malaysia.
Sega has announced a collaboration between its recently-released free-to-play multiplayer game Sonic Rumble and “Malaysia’s No.1 Shaker Fries brand” Happy Potato.
For a limited time, from December 10, 2025 until February 3, 2026, Happy Potato will be serving Golden Onion Rings.

These come in exclusive Sonic Rumble-themed cups during this collab. The Golden Onion Rings come in three sizes: Large (featuring Tails), Mega (featuring Sonic) and Giga (featuring Shadow).

Happy Potato usually serves Shaker Fries, basically big orders of fries with seasoning and dipping sauce. Interestingly, their portion sizes also start at Large.
Every Happy Potato Golden Onion Rings purchased during this limited-time event earns you one sticker, collect three of them to earn a mix of rewards in Sonic Rumble as well as at Happy Potato. These are both in-game and in-real-life rewards.

- Second Sticker: Free upsize of Golden Onion Rings from Large to Mega

Sonic Rumble, out now on PC (Steam), iOS and Android, is a free-to-play online competitive party game where players compete in running obstacle courses and completing mini-games until a winner is crowned. Think Fall Guys but with Sonic and friends.
This isn’t the first time Sega has engaged with a Malaysian brand. Previously the game publisher collaborated with AirAsia to feature Sonic The Hedgehog and Persona 5 liveries on aeroplanes, and featured the airline’s logo in the recent Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
