Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles, the upcoming new release based on one of the most influential strategy-RPG of all time, will be getting a physical release here in Southeast Asia.
Like most releases of Square Enix titles, Bandai Namco will be the distributor for Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles’ physical versions in Southeast Asia. Physical copies of the game will be available for the PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles contains the classic 1997 game in the form of a “nostalgic recreation” (utilising the translation seen in Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, a previous re-release) while the enhanced versions featured full voice-acting, a graphical overhaul, UI enhancements and various quality-of-life features including auto-saves and adjustable battle speed.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles follows the story of one Ramza Beoulve, filled with political conflict as well as personal ones, in the kingdom of Ivalice.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles will be out on September 30 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Physical versions are available for the PS5 and Nintendo Switch in Southeast Asia. In Asia, the PC (Steam) release will launch one day later, on October 1.
