Explore The Hopeful Post-Apocalypse With Your Trusty Van In Caravan SandWitch

Here’s another cool looking indie game from publisher Dear Villagers. It’s a narrative adventure that promises “no combat, no death, no timer, just you, your van and the world”.

Caravan SandWitch is developed by developer Plane Toast, based out of Prvence, France. The game is set in a sci-fi “Provence-like” world as you’re out exploring what looks to be a post-apocalypse landscape to find your missing sister in your trusty van.

But this is the more optimist post-apocalypse. The lands of Cigalo is filled with life, from the obiriginal species of the Reinetos, the Robots, plain old humans, and the mysterious SandWitch all live peacefully despite the bleak landscapes.

Caravan SandWitch is a semi-open world, and your van is customisable and upgradable, as you need it to open certain passages or ruins. You’ll also be helping out a bunch of people in Cigalo.

Caravan SandWitch looks to be a fascinating exploration game judging by the game’s reveal trailer. And to have it not have combat at all just makes it even more intriguing.

Caravan SandWitch is expected to release later this year on PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and Nintendo Switch.
