It’s Halloween time in looter-shooter/MMORPG Destiny 2. The Festival Of The Lost event is live right now until November 2, available for all players. No purchase is necessary.
Event vendor Eva Levante returns to bring all players candy and stories of those that “were lost but will never be forgotten”.
Activity-wise, there are Haunted Sectors. On the quests-side, there is a Book Of The Forgotten that you need to find its missing pages.
The event also brings a new Pulse Rifle, Jurassic Green, to be earned.
And if you’re willing to splurge on cosmetics, there are new #TeamDino ornament sets with dinosaur-themed helmets and matching cosmetic gear. So you can make your Guardian to be sort-of be like a Power Ranger if you want. As mentioned in the announcement post, the Destiny community picked the dino-themed ornaments, with the other choice would have been kaiju-themed.
