Days Gone Delayed To April 2019

Sony Bend’s open world post-apocalypse game Days Gone has been hit by a delay. But it looks like it is for the better. The game has you play as Deacon St. John in a world filled with not-zombies beings called Freakers roaming the Pacific Northwest where you must scour for resources and survive.

The delay is due to its previous release date being packed with other games. On February 22nd 2019, it will be the release of Microsoft’s long-in-development Crackdown 3, EA’s Destiny-like shooter Anthem and Deep Silver’s FPS title Metro Exodus.

That’s four AAA titles, all coming out on the same day.

Days Gone is now scheduled for release in April 2019 as the developers now have more time to polish up the game.
