When Exoprimal releases later this week, it will feature 10 different exosuits, functioning as different characters with different movesets.
One month later, on August 16, Title Update 1 will be released for Exoprimal, adding 10 Alpha Variant Suits. These variants for existing suits have one difference: the change in the main weapon.
Previously, Deadeye Alpha was revealed. Now, Capcom has revealed all the rest of the Alpha Variant Suits ahead of the game’s launch.
Deadeye α: Burst Fire – Swaps the assault rifle for a shotgun that has a short-range spread when hipfired, but switches to a five-short burst when aimed down sights.
Zephyr α: Energy Chakram – Swaps dual swords with a chakram firing energy halos. Attack power increased when engaging in enemies at its optimal range.
Barrage α: Rocket Hop – Swaps grenade launcher with a rocket launcher. Charged shots deal more damage and generate larger explosions. Rocket-jumping from charged shots is a feature.
Vigilant α: Marksman – Swaps sniper rifle with a semi-automatic rifle, where one of every few shots is stronger. Also easier to manoeuvre than standard Vigilant.
Roadblock α: Fortress Shield – Swaps giant shield with placeable energy shields and arm-mounted shotgun. This Roadblock can still draw aggro with his smaller attached shield.
Krieger α: Charge Shotgun – Swaps mini-gun with chargeable shotgun (which is still the size of a minigun and is carried as such). Options for firing scatter shots or compressed fire, the latter can sand small dinosaurs flying and deal damage to other enemies they collide with.
Murasame α: Frost Glaive – Katana has a freezing counterattack.
Witchdoctor α: Duality Beam – Can fire beam that heals allies and harms enemies.
Skywave α: Thunderclap – Calls down bolts of lightning that can paralyse foes.
Nimbus α: Double Barrel – Swaps dual pistols with dual shotguns with spread shots.
Future titles updates will be released alongside the start of a new season.
Exoprimal launches on July 14 for the PS4, PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on day one of launch.
