Acer Unveils The Aspire Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop

Acer continues its dedication to the gaming market by offering more hardware for folks like us. This time it’s a more modest gaming laptop in the form of the Aspite Nitro 5 unveiled at Computex 2017 recently. This modest looking laptop can sport at most an NVIDIA Geforce 1050Ti with a 7th-gen Intel i5 or i7 processors. There is an option to use AMD hardware as well, featuring up to h AMD Radeon RX550 graphics with 7th -gen AMD A-Series FX, A12 or A10 APUs. It can support up to 32GB of DDR4 2400 MHz RAM, SSD support as well as up to 2TB of HDD space and a 13.6 inch 1080p screen.

If it all sounds pretty tame, it is. The current revealed price is $800 USD (roughly RM3424) which sounds like the right price for the specs- though it would be better if it’s a few hundred ringgit cheaper. No exact specs have been given out just yet so we will have to wait until the Nitro 5 will be available in Malaysia for a proper price and specs reveal.

Our good friends at TekGila was on site to give the laptop a look. Check out his video below (video is in Bahasa Malaysia):
