July 2026’s PS Plus Free Games Lineup Is Action Platforming And Royals

It’s Summertime now and PlayStation has reveal the games that active PS Plus subscribers will be able download starting next week, on July 7.

Three games are confirmed to be cross-gen playable, so it will be available on both PS4 and PS5. One of which is Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (2023), a direct sequel it’s 2022 counterpart, which follows Task Force 141 and their hunt of the elusive Makarov in it’s campaign, along with the usual Call of Duty staples, like Multiplayer and a Zombies mode.

Then we have 2D Action RPG Crosscode, A retro-inspired game set in the distant future by the folks from Radical Fish and published by Deck 13, where your unfortunately silent protagonist Lea gets to fight her way across multiple enemies and bosses in this sprawling ARPG.

And lastly, we have turn-based Roguelite RPG For The King II, a solo or four player co-op game that takes players through Fahrul , as they would be risk everything to fight the tyrannical queen and bring an end to her oppressive reign. It’s a solid sequel and quite fun to play with friends.

All three games will be available to download starting next Tuesday, July 7 and will last until August 3.
