According to popular Japanese site, 4Gamer,cult classic Yume Nikki is getting a reboot thanks to the help of Kadokawa and Playism with full cooperation of the original creator, Kikiyama.
YUMENIKKI – DREAM DIARY combines influences from the original game and other recent indie juggernauts to create something wholly unique, according to it’s Steam page, and now uses a 3D graphics engine instead of the original’s RPG Maker which means that all the weirdness of the first in a far better dimension.

But there is a catch, while the original game is free (and you can play it right now on steam!), Dream Diary will set you back at around 1,980 Japanese Yen or around 70 Ringgit when it releases on 23 February (presumably worldwide release) for PC. You guys can check their steam page here.
