Warframe Will Be Adding An Ability To Share Your Mod Loadouts And Fashion Frames In-Game

Wow!

Warframe

Warframe will be getting some cool little quality of life changes that veterans will appreciate and newer players will find handy.

Introduced in the latest Devstream last week (Devstream 129), a future update will see you being able to easily link and share your mod loadouts for warframes, weapons and more. But more importantly, you can easily share your fashion frame settings (i.e. your warframe’s cosmetic gear settings). These are called Mod Link and Look Link, respectively.

When the feature is live, you can just hit a button and then share it through the chat system. From there, you can have others view them and, should they have the mods or the cosmetics and colours, equip them straight away.

Here’s a look of it in action, as explained as an infomercial:

In addition, the Captura (photo mode) button will also be made more visible, sitting next to the new Look Link button. There will also a new loadout manager, where you can also assign unique icons rather than just have different names.

Like many updates to Warframe, there’s no release window on this, but expect to see this coming out in a future update, soon.

The devstream also detailed the ability kit for new speedy warframe Gauss, and some bits of information regarding Empyrean, which is coming later this year, and the Duviri Paradox, which is now in development.
